How to book/check availability:
1. Check availability and book by any of the following methods: online with a credit card; or email firstname.lastname@example.org; or phone 07 5463 1269; or text our mobile 0407 024 902.
2. Bookings are secured with a credit card or transferred 50% deposit (within 24 hours).
3. Final payment is due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
4. Directions and instructions for arrival will be emailed a few days before your arrival date.
5. Enjoy your spectacular journey to Ketchup’s Bank Glamping and relax by your campfire with the wallabies. The last 7kms of your journey is on an unsealed mountain road with spectacular views – suitable for conventional 2 wheel drive vehicles.
At Ketchup’s Bank Glamping we supply you with your own bar fridge and outdoor camp kitchen with bbq and all cooking and eating utensils. You just need to bring your own food or order one of our hampers. If you don’t wish to cook, just collect your takeaway from one of the many food outlets or cafes in Boonah as you pass through town. Or take a 15 minute drive back to Boonah for a romantic dinner at one of the restaurants or bistros. Boonah also has local butchers, bakers, fresh fruit and veg along with an IGA grocery store.
Please note: Ketchup’s Bank Glamping is a couples only retreat and is not suitable for babies, children or pets. Under certain conditions we may be able to accommodate children with temporary bedding arrangements if one party books both eco-tents. Please enquire. Additional charges may apply for additional bedding.

Prices are per luxury eco-tent per night accommodation only (queen bed) – minimum 2 night stay. Minimum stays of 3 to 4 nights may apply on public holidays.
KITCHEN CLEANING SERVICE RATES - 2 WEEKS NOTICE REQUIRED
We have created a real camping experience at Ketchup’s Bank Glamping. Dish washing facilities in your private camp kitchen are the authentic camp kitchen method – you have cold running water that you boil using the billy over the campfire or in the kettle on your gas burner. If you don’t want to wash your own dishes and would like to add a kitchen cleaning service to you stay, just give us two weeks notice. The cost for this service is $60 per day and is offered as a mid morning daily dishwashing service.
SINGLE NIGHT STANDBY– single nights may be available on enquiry but are subject to a single night premium rate. Please note – single night availability on weekends is very rare. To avoid disappointment you should plan for a 2 night stay at Ketchup’s Bank Glamping. We are within 1.5 hours drive of most major centres in South East Queensland. Convenient for commuting to after work on a Friday and staying for the weekend.

Rates are for a single night in one Luxury Eco-tent (queen bed) accommodation only.
BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Campfires are subject to weather conditions and fire bans.
Eco-tent preferences can be listed but not guaranteed. It is very rare to miss out on your preferred tent.

Deposit: 50% deposit is required on booking. If paying by bank transfer we will email you our account details for you to transfer the deposit on the day of booking. If paying by credit card the deposit transaction will be processed soon after your booking is submitted. Single night bookings must be paid in full when booking.
Final Payment: final payment is due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation/Changes Policy: Bookings must be cancelled/changed two weeks prior to scheduled check in date to avoid paying 1 night’s accommodation. Less than 1 week notice, no refund will apply.
A $70 administration charge will apply to changes and cancellations.
Some special rate and reduced minimum stay bookings may require upfront payment and be non-cancellable. This will be specified with the offer/booking.
